What's the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit Windows in relation to my Lumina?
The short answer is that 64-bit operating systems are significantly more powerful than 32-bit operating systems. Older computers using Windows XP, Windows 98, and Windows 95 are 32-bit, while newer computers are 64-bit. Not sure which one you have? Check Windows' operating system FAQ here.
If you have a 32-bit computer running 32-bit video conferencing applications, you can only use Lumina Raw because the computer isn't powerful enough to run Lumina Plus. There also might be more bugs or crashes because of the limitations 32-bit computers face.
If you have a newer computer, we recommend you download the 64-bit version of your video conferencing application for the best compatibility with your Lumina.
