How can I track my order?

Lumina cooperates with shipping services that work with several different courier partners.

To track your order, you will need to use the corresponding tools/website to track with the AWB# provided. We currently collaborate with a logistic partner to complete the first part of the delivery from the warehouse to the courier partner.
