The Lumina Studio software app requires a license key to access the controls, which can be obtained through the following steps.
Please note that before requesting a license key, check that your Lumina is connected to your PC/Mac device directly with a USB cable.
- Download the Lumina Studio software app
- You'll be prompted to select where you purchased your Lumina from.
Note: If you purchased from the Lumina Website, please search "Lumina License Key" in your email inbox - you should find it was sent some time ago! Copy and paste it into the app and start using your Lumina.

- Check that your Lumina is already connected directly to your computer so that the "serial number" will be detected and show up in the field. Then, enter your email address and click on the "send key" on the right. You will then receive the license key in your mailbox.

- After receiving the license key, please copy and paste it into the 3rd dialogue box and click "Continue" to start enjoying your Lumina!
