Lumina offers a 14-day observation period to process refund/exchange requests after the receipt of the product.
Refund or exchange can be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product becomes defective through no fault of your own
- The returned product is in its original state when received by Lumina support
Lumina also offers a 1-year warranty on our product. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact our support@getlumina.com immediately for assistance and to clarify the status of the product.
If you are instructed to return the device to us for examination, we will perform a functional test after the receipt of the unit and confirm the status to proceed to the RMA procedure.
Note:
- If Lumina has fulfilled the obligation to deliver the product, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed when a refund/return request is being processed.
- The return shipping for a refund within 14-day of receipt can be reimbursed with a maximum of $10 USD. For non-US orders, customers shall bear the return shipping cost.
